The first reading is divided into two 45 minute sessions ideally over consecutive days. The first session explores your natal chart in depth focusing on your given strengths and possible life challenges. Understanding your natal chart can be illuminating as it often demonstrates talents you are not yet using or abilities which at some stage should be explored.

The second session concentrates on the current planetary transits affecting your present circumstances. It offers insight into making change that may require exploring new options for your career, relationships or family. The trends and challenges for both the immediate and more distant future may be forecasted, acting as an extremely useful tool in present or long term decision-making.

Without the first session, the current transits would not make much sense. Knowing your strengths and typical emotional reactions with which you have been born, in greater depth and detail, offers you a more flexible, holistic and natural approach when dealing with suggested life challenges. For example an Aries sun with a Scorpio moon will respond to a situation quite differently to a Cancer sun with an Aquarian moon. It is extremely important to know where and in which sign your Saturn lies – and this goes on to include the personal planets Mercury, Venus and Mars and others. Some parts of the natal chart will be particularly emphasised – invariably indicating that particular arena of your life will be of greater significance. The gap between the sessions is useful in other ways.

Astrology is complex and requires time to digest. Having at least a day to reflect on that first session, offers you an opportunity to form any queries – or perhaps to return to something you heard that requires further elaboration in the second session. A 90 minute reading in one session can feel overwhelming with too much information to digest.

Your natal chart, plus a combined chart of the natal horoscope with the transiting planets is always sent prior to the reading. I am convinced that seeing the planetary signs and symbols with their differing motion and interaction, brings considerable clarity offering a much deeper understanding of your particular life situation. This first in-depth consultation is essential and I seldom offer short updated consultations, or email readings, without the client having experienced these invaluable two sessions.

My fee is £65, which includes copies of personal and transit horoscope charts, telephone costs and postage.

The cost of any subsequent readings will be governed by their length and can be as long or short as you, the client, decides. These shorter consultations usually encompass the important transits occurring over the following three months. However, if you need to make a sudden decision about something significant, requiring immediate advice as to the most suitable time for that – you are most welcome to contact me.

email readings

Many clients now prefer an email response to a pressing event requiring immediate attention. This can be more appropriate, especially if a telephone appointment is inconvenient. The nature and complexity of the request and its response will determine my fee for email readings. The minimum fee is £25. This will be discussed prior to the response.
